Concert Properties celebrated the company's 20th anniversary in style at the newly opened and absolutely spectacular Vancouver Convention Centre. With more than 500 people in attendance the evening's festivities included speeches, a retrospective video and a surprise appearance by Premier Gordon Campbell.
Premier Campbell spoke about the origins of Concert Properties and the role Concert has played in revitalizing Vancouver's downtown core. He also spoke about the passion and commitment of Jack Poole and David Podmore to give back to Vancouver and British Columbia.
The evening also included several newsworthy announcements including the appointments of Jack Poole as Chair Emeritus, David Podmore as Board Chair and Brian McCauley as President of Concert Properties.
