    Smallbox you are amazing! I would recommend Smallbox to anyone who wants, needs or is daydreaming about a website. Smallbox are super-responsive, and ultra-helpful. They partnered with us to finalize our design and were available with suggestions (and hand holding) during the development stage.

    Our previous website was not only years out of date, but our previous developer was holding us hostage! Every time we wanted to so much as change a sentence we had to track him down, spell out the change, wait (and wait and wait) for a response – often correct mistakes made in the posting – and then finally, pay a whacking big bill.

    I also had experience building a website with WordPress – that was a lot cheaper than hiring a developer, but the software was not easy to use, there was no support available and often the end product looked less than professional. By contrast the Smallbox content management system is so easy to use – it’s fun.

    If these old experiences registered around 2 out of 10 – this one is a 200!

    For the few problems that have arisen, Smallbox uses an online
    ticketing system which they manage very well – most fixes happen within 24 hours! During development and now that the site is up, we have control over all our content (words, images and videos) and it’s so easy to keep it current. When I want to make a change it happens in a matter of minutes – not weeks - and the only cost is my time. I wish we’d made the switch years ago!

    I would recommend Smallbox to anyone who wants, needs or is daydreaming about a website. Not only is our new site informative, comprehensive and up-to-date site - it’s beautiful!
