As you may or may not know, Smallbox has been slowly migrating our clients over to the Google Apps Gmail interface. Gmail offers one of the best SPAM filters on the market, a superior web interface and access to shared calendars and other Google apps absolutely free (provided your organization has less than 50 users). | |||
Migrating to Gmail requires a few changes to your domain records and email settings, but don't worry we're here to help. If we haven't been in touch yet expect a call sometime over the next few months as we aim to have this migration complete by May. You will continue to be able to collect your email on your desktop or laptop computer, and Gmail supports both POP and iMAP formats for most of the Smart Phones on the market (Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Nokia, and Windows). If your organization already manages its own email server then please ignore this notice. | |||
