Smallbox CMS gives you the ability to publish direct marketing messages to opt-in marketing lists that are custom branded using our simple yet powerful eNewsletter publishing module. 

Beyond the basics of email marketing our software enables you to readily add new articles, text and images, here are some additional features of interest:

  • Create your own custom header graphics (associated with a particular issue or article)
  • Import data into your new online contacts database from a CSV (comma-separated values) file
  • Export contacts database information into a CSV file for use in other applications
  • Track mailing statistics such as the number sent/received, articles opened, opt out rates etc.
  • Target and filter users in your database (based on the built in advanced search functionality)
  • Create separate mailing lists (beyond your contacts database) as an easy way to create targeted distribution lists
  • View your changes prior to publishing (only you can see your changes in this view)
  • Send to test – ensure the final product is to your liking prior to publishing to your full list
  • Archives are automatically generated with each issue's publication
